The Living Dead vs. The Walking Dead

It is all the same living dead or walking dead, both sound pretty ridiculous right. Maybe you think I'm just talking about the movies. NO..., I'm talking about the preacher, the nurse, the teacher, the doctor and whomever else you can think of or even name. No one is excluded from this play , everybody on stage and like I said before, we're all playing the role of a lifetime. Truly, it might not be as ludicrous as you may want to believe. Dead people showing up to work on time or late, paying rent or not ,using the restroom, buying hair weave, making babies, driving Escalades, bank accounts or not, don't really matter, but all sounds unbelievable , but fact is I'm more serious than a heart attack. I know right. Pretty much, it depends actually on rather or not you took the blue pill or the red pill, per say. What do you see in your Matrix? Fortunately, this is good news for those who only see this as a temporary dwelling place, and not really the final destination. However, it is an unfortunate situation, on the other hand , for those that are delusional and see this as the most real thing they have ever known. You clearly can tell who they are by the substance of the conversation or the lack thereof. Dead people walking all around...And they don't even know they're dead, just fervent about the fact they are alive. Why do you think "GOD" has made these such popular shows , just here of late? Oh, perhaps you still believe in coincidences. Nicki Manaj, said it best "To live doesn't mean you alive". Did that just all float past our ear drum like a nice sound wave? Some of us, totally missed the message that she was trying to send. Who ever told you this was the end all? I know someone might say she crazy talking about people walking around dead. Well call it what you want but I tend to believe the report that your ability to breath air does not necessarily mean that you are alive. If it were not so, the scriptures would not be talking about a second death. As for me, I'm to fearful of "Yahweh" our Elohim not to believe. Anyway, who wants to continue to watch and witness loved ones dying, friends passing on, and all the other sorrowful moments that each of us experience daily in this MUNDANE low down earth plane, when you know it is something far greater that exist where it will be no pain, no sorrow, no bills, no paying tides, no more crying just JOY & HAPPINESS, PEACE, LOVE everyday no worries. Just trust in the KING! Click on this banner and explore your options. I love these movies banner banner banner banner banner banner 300_468x60banner banner

What is meant by “Disparities in health and in health care are structural in origin?”

What is meant by “Disparities in health and in health care are structural in origin?” What is meant by, the statement “Disparities in health and in health care are structural in origin?” This statement can have different connotations, depending upon the audience with whom it is spoken. For example, someone negatively impacted by the “invisible walls” will have a much greater appreciation for change and apt to do so, more so than someone that has only, positively benefited from the onset, thus having nothing to compare and contrast. Firstly, it is an acknowledgement or admission of the fact that disparities do exist within our health care and health environments. But, it also intrigues your suspicion whether or not its source is structural in origin or possibly from some another source, which in my opinion is a bit awkward to consider. Furthermore, it causes you to wonder, “How did we allow these harmful and corrupt idiocies to penetrate the very foundations of our democratic society?” Those in leadership roles who continue to abuse the position of power in a negative or wrongful manner should be held accountable and removed from position without possibility of re-entrance at some later point in time. By assessing our resources and implementation of a checks and balance system, we as a uniformed nation should be able to weed out that old bad weed, thus seeking that new breed of life into and our structural foundation. By continuing, to promote or engage in negative philosophies or seducing ideologies within our health care infrastructure, you are responsible for further diminishing our growth and upliftment and should be held accountable from the corporate standpoint as well as civil or individual. If democracy is origin, then it is our duty that we must model the primary elements that directly affects our well being, in that fashion and nothing short of it. The advent of the Affordable Care Act, (ACA), was meet with rigorous resistence, although “The Affordable Care Act includes provisions to standardize the collection of data on health care quality that can be used to measure disparities. (Moskowitz, D., Guthrie, B., & Bindman, A. B. (2012) To the contrary, anything else opposite our democratic views , do however have the ability to negatively, impact the structural foundation of our society and the communities that we live in. If this statement is meant to imply, that it originates from our origin, which notably is democratic, this would definitely set stage for bigger problems, that we are yet willing to discuss openly and honestly in the U.S. In essence, all these deprivations have a tendency to relate one to another. “Despite recognizing that individuals transitioning from homelessness to (Permanent supportive housing PSH) experience a high burden of disease and health disparities, public health research has not considered whether and how (Permanent supportive housing (PSH) improves physical health outcomes.” (Henwood, B. F., Cabassa, L. J., Craig, C. M., & Padgett, D. K. (2013) The statement aforementioned, would duly suggest as it were, disparity has been weaved into the threads of our social make-up, which has ultimately affected our exact existence. or purpose for which we were all created. Secondly, it is my belief that it would not be too difficult to find many that are opposing to this protestation. According to, Miller, Kirk , Kaiser and Glos “We examined disparities among US adults with disabilities and the degree to which health insurance attenuates disparities by race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status (SES).” (Miller, N. A., Kirk, A., Kaiser, M. J., & Glos, L. (2014) Instead, of the health care governing body addressing the issues that are wrecking our nation politically and financially, it is evident that these issues have been ignored throughout our U.S. history and swept under the rug, per say. The loud outcry, which has gotten so much attention recently, is in-part due to those who are suffering. Hopefully, now we will witness to changes that may positively change our way of life in the U.S. Sadly, enough, not until now, have we ever seen anything been done about the inequality that lurks within our infrastructure like a latent infestation . Thirdly, unlike certain other foreign countries, that provide free health care to all of its citizens, the U.S. uses a different methodology or capitalistic approach that helps to distinguish ones economic status. There are many other situations and health care issues that also plague our nation that also must be dealt with in the near future. Perhaps we have been stagnated far to long for either lack of resources, lack of manpower or the lack prominent leadership that is willing to step up and do what is socially right and just. For more reasons, than I’m willing to discuss in this paper, sounds as if this health care and the entire health care industry has become more political in nature and thus loosing focus on what is more important which is our right to a healthy, happy life. Fortunately, however, the health care industry and all of related industries liken unto pharmaceuticals, insurance and, Long-Term Care (LTC), have all reached their climatic point and change must occur and is in fact inevitable. Now, with that being said we can’t make hasty or rash decision rather it is good or bad simply because we haven’t given it enough time to determine the effects. Obviously, change needed to be made because there were so many problems and no one was on watch. Clearly, we want to see a positive structure or foundation so that we can develop more as a unit, thus sharing the burdens. The inability to admit problems exist can in itself be a hindrance, thus prohibiting future growth and development that is so necessary for our society and the progression of our communities. On the other hand, to deny that this is a problem that exists within our communities, would probably be indicative of the fact you are a foreigner and not from the U.S. , though there is surmounting evidence, of numerous claims and findings in recent studies and other relative developmental research. The U.S. health and health care institutions embeds or breeds a structurally dysfunctional systemic origin that penetrates throughout the medical industry, as well as other faucets of our society. However, “It is widely accepted that diversifying the nation's health-care workforce is a necessary strategy to increase access to quality health care for all populations, reduce health disparities, and achieve health equity.” (Williams, S., Hansen, K., Smithey, M., Burnley, J., Koplitz, M., Koyama, K., & ... Bakos, A. (2014). These epic disparities are evident in all sectors of health care including the pay scale and rate of pay, positions and titles as well as the quality of health care or services rendered. For example, in the past hospital executive level positions were likely to be held by a male gender, quite possibly of the Caucasian persuasion, in many cases. More recently, there has been a flux of qualified and suitable prospective, with embellished credentials of different races, sexes, creeds, caste and colors. In conclusion, the terms, Inequality or Disparity can be described in many ways and can just be evident in different settings, forms and have varying side effects. For example, “We assessed cancer care disparities within the Veterans Affairs (VA) health care system and whether between-hospital differences explained disparities.” (Samuel, C. A., Landrum, M., McNeil, B. J., Bozeman, S. R., Williams, C. D., & Keating, N. L. (2014) Though there were other factors that played part in the assessment , it still found evidence that disparity does exist. These health care disparities are also types of inequalities that are often being felt or are being observed, from the outside as well as the inside and from patient to care taker at all levels. For example, those individuals that may require long-term care (LTC) and those patients that have chronic illness, according to research have related common factors. Health equity refers to the study of differences in the quality of health and healthcare across different populations. Accordingly, health equity is not the same as health equality. Health equity refers only to the absence of disparities in controllable or remediable aspects of health. For the most part, it is presently not possible to work towards total health equality, simply because there are some elements of health that are metaphysical and out of our scope. The term equity would suggest that there is some kind of social injustice, which was the original claim from the onset. “Uninsured individuals experienced substantially poorer access across most measures, including reporting a usual source of care and experiencing delays in or being unable to obtain care.” (Miller, N. A., Kirk, A., Kaiser, M. J., & Glos, L. (2014).)For example, if one type of people looses hair because of genetic make-up, or sickle-cell, whereas another race has little to none known occurrences then we can conclude that it is a non-remediable or uncontrollable factor, thus having no further filibustering. But, now on the other hand, if a certain population of people loses their lives because of a lack of access to health care and other medical resources, this particular situation would be revealed as a health inequity. Some of the disparities and differences between populations within different races, ethnic backgrounds, origins, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status worth mentioning that poses socially unethical threats are as follows: • presence of disease • health outcomes • access to health care • treatment methods • LTC assistance References 1. Capitalism vs. Socialism is the real culprit to our health care woes.

What do you think explains the paradoxical underachievement of the U.S. health care system in terms of money spent per capita and failure to achieve the population outcomes of nations that spend much less per capita on health care? What do you think explains the paradoxical underachievement of the U.S. health care system in terms of money spent per capita and failure to achieve the population outcomes of nations that spend much less per capita on health care? Firstly, in respect to the paradoxical underachievement of the U.S. health care system in terms of money spent per capita and failure to achieve the population outcomes of nations that spend much less per capita on health care is in part due personal and self –aggrandizement and greed along with a combination of discord and separation on multiple levels within our governmental institutions as well as our social and economic communities. “Even with the slow growth in national health spending in recent years, the US continued to spend a greater percentage of its wealth on health care than any other industrialized nation. In 2012, the US spent an average of $8,915 per person on health care, reaching a total of $2.8 trillion.” (Wilson, K. (2014, January 1) Secondly, the U.S. health care system is a failing system for many different reasons. One, most notable and significant reason is that the U.S. is a capitalist country. Throughout history the U.S., has been phenomenal in leadership as far as economic growth and development. However, for both private and governmental sectors in the U.S. , the primary focus has always been to generate as much capital as possible. The U.S. has fallen behind, as far as being able to keep up with societies that invest in cultural and social developments or socialist societies, therefore negatively impacting the social and economic status of some of its' citizens. The fundamental issue, between the capitalism and socialism is concerning the economic equality and the role that the government plays in making sure everyone receives equal and fair resources. Furthermore, capitalism in the U.S. in most cases is responsible for disproportionate distribution of wealth and power, as well as various other forms of social exploitation of those that are less fortunate. In addition, the effects of capitalism are extreme forms of social alienation, inequality, unemployment, and economic instability that further develops into more unrest liken unto the tragic accident in the more recent incident that happened in Ferguson ,Missouri in reference to Michael Brown. For example, “racial/ethnic minorities suffer disproportionate morbidity and mortality from chronic diseases, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke”. (Shavers, V. L., Fagan, P., Jones, D., Klein, W. P., Boyington, J., Moten, C., & Rorie, E. (2012). It is unfortunate, that we were able to witness to the U.S. government arbitrarily utilize it military forces to suppress the voice of some who have fallen victim to a failing capitalist society. Also, the U.S. government manages its population under the capitalist concept of free market, in which this ideology promotes the idea that it is the best determinate of economic status. The capitalist philosophy is one that is more concerned with the rich getting richer and more or less concerned about equality. The objective of capitalism is essentially to encourage innovation and economic development by allowing inequality although some of it may have contradicting results. Thirdly, and to the contrary, countries that practice Socialism within a country’s economic systems, healthcare, education, corporations propose to the idea that all individuals will have access to basic articles of consumption and public goods that in turn benefit the whole community. On the flip side, socialism is concerned with redistributing or dividing the resources from the rich to the poor. Using this approach will ensure everyone has both equal opportunities and equal rewards. Below, you will see some of the most socialistic nations in the world today: • China • Denmark • Finland • Netherlands • Canada • Sweden • Norway • Ireland • New Zealand • Belgium Although in China, the government manages controls and takes on a larger role in the economy. As a result, the living in China is less stressful and thus offering a more relaxed life style as compared to a capitalist country like the U.S. Socialism creates community values that fashions after the idea of establishing and creating, unlike capitalism which is designed to surely fail. In addition, some of the advantages of socialism include: • Great Economic efficiency • Greater social welfare • Absence of monopolistic practices • Absence of business fluctuations Socialism gives equal distribution of national wealth and provides everyone with equal opportunities, irrespective of their, color, caste, creed or economic status. Socialism, in essence means equality by all means. By taking from the rich and presenting to the poor, socialism creates prosperity by reducing the social, economic, and political inequalities that exist within capitalist societies. In conclusion, it will be a difficult challenge to convenience the U.S. of the wealth of benefits of associated with a socialist society because of the indoctrination of capitalism. “Old economic approaches are not capable of meeting our economic, environmental, and social challenges.” (Eisler, R. (2013). Nevertheless, capitalism has been the American way, but maybe or perhaps in the future we can consider other options to better manage our society. The rewards would be far to great if we worked together to ameliorate and uplift one another. References Cutler, D., & Sahni, N. (2013). Metaphysical Identity Theft on earth

What is the real significance of having your identity stolen? People steal identities for all sorts of reasons like credit card fraud, money laundering and all sorts of criminal activity. However, identity theft goes far beyond that mediocre scare tactic. Identity Theft is a horrible crime but the victims of Identity Theft are the ones who really end up suffering because they are left having to spend years even decades or more trying to recover their identity after the fact. In some instances the damage is far too great and can't be repaired. Don't underestimate the severity of this crime and think that someone is out to ruin just your name or ruin your credit it is way bigger than that. In the media more recently, we've heard of all kinds of crimes where people are trying to assume someone else's identity and sometimes even murder is involved. It is perilous times and yes it has come to this. Nevertheless when you are in this fleshly down low state it is hard to see clearly when you are operating with only a snake eye view. You really need an eagle eye view if you really want to be able to see the whole picture. That is why you have got to be high and lifted up spiritually to be able to see and hear clearly with or without having physical eyes or ears. Have you stopped and considered why, Identity Theft has become a globesity epidemic? Satan only has a short while to deceive you he was told from the onset and seal your fate. Thus causing Identify theft to be on a constant rise every since the earth was. Fact of the matter is that lucifer was the first one to commit the crime when he tried but failed to assume the role of the most high sovereign king. If we can remember , taken from Isaiah 14:14 "I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.". Satan didn't forget his role and he never sleeps and is always on duty and in fact is doing a very good job at what he was created to do. The people who are committing the "Identity Theft" they steal to keep up the facade to further allure you to hell with their damnable ways. They want your very soul not just your credit don't even get it twisted to think something so simple. They try to appear to be righteous with their expensive frocks and lavish cars but they are only fooling themselves. Reason being, someone with an eagle eye can play you like an piano and you never will know what happened. They saw you coming long before you got there but waited on you to make your move then guess what "Gottcha". Liken unto the "Garden of Eden" they speak great swelling words and dress to impress and deck out the outer appearance to try and hide and conceal that ugliness and that horrible stench that lurks within. But your negativity stinks like Halitosis and one of those angles that are in bodies here on earth right now can smell you like decomposing flesh and you wonder why they don't like being around you. Don't fall for the same old trickery, dressed up devils or even wet devils have just as much sting as an nasty old ugly dry devil. He wants not only your credit score but what a score if he can lure you to hell right along with his imminent pending dooms day to the lake and I'm not talking about Lake Placid either. So to all of you "Identity Thieves" out there you're not gonna get any credit. Peace & Love banner banner banner banner banner banner banner

If we spend our life looking backwards we can never see what is right in front of us.

Can you drive a car looking backwards? It is an impossibility to drive a car, cut the grass or even move on with your life constantly looking backwards. Put away all your moaning, groaning, complaining, wishing and wallowing in self pity always asking or saying to yourself if I just would have or I should have or I could have done this that or the other. You in fact did exactly what Elohim planned for you to do at the exact time and the exact manner he purposed for you to do it. Everything is beautifully and wonderfully made and perfect in its' time. My words of wisdom to you is just forget about yourself and appreciate the experience cause if you didn't get knocked down and hopefully out you probably would not have learned from your mistakes. We all make mistakes and fall but we learn and grow hopefully. For example, didn't you have to learn how to ride a bike or did you just come from you mommas' womb riding a tricycle? Screwing up is all part of growing up and Elohim expects this out of us. If no one is perfect and none righteous then why are we all so darn judgemental towards one another. Elohim doesn't think much of any one of us (black , white, yellow, red or indifferent)unless you have his righteous spirit dwelling within you, thus making you only a mini - GOD. Again "Believe it or not" , doesn't make any difference to me or him but you must decide per say, today where you are spiritually in the scheme of things. Although, we think that we have an original thought, fact is none of us have an original thought and they all come from him , we must give credit where it is due. It is really important to know, that when you are dead or have taken your last breath on this earth it will be way too late to decide who you are , what you are or why you are? It will however not be the end of you, you will be able to hurt without a body although the dust is all our destination but your soul lives on forever and ever whether in the Kingdom or in hell or the lake of fire. These are real places although not geographically locatable. Heaven is a state of mind and so is hell. Quit fooling yourself and saying to yourself when I get old and dilapidated I will turn myself into the "LORD". Sorry that won't work. The crux of the matter is "GOD" never left and went any where and he has been watching and judging the whole time. What kinda sense does it make to assume GOD left and left Satan here to run rampant over his creation? Really people what kinda common sense does that make? Would you build your house and leave and just let somebody else sleep on your brand new sheets, lay with your spouse, play with your kids, eat your food? We'll how in the heck do you figure he left his house. I hear people say God coming back, please tell me when he left? He isn't scared and never was scared so stop thinking he is somewhere hiding. Right now he is showing you why he is going to send you to hell right now while you are still in the flesh or he is also showing you why you are in heaven right here on earth. You know if you are a negative devil or not. Be grateful for where Elohim has you today. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery so all you have is right now. Are you "HAPPINESS" right now? Like Pharell said "Happiness is the Truth" and Happiness is a man the only man. The rest of us are just a LIE. Rich, white, black, poor, pretty , ugly, fat, skinny, smart, dumb none of that makes a difference. Peace & Love

The next second is not promised to you .

These are for the most part for me, but if you can use it then so be it if not just keep pushing. The next second is not promised to you. We all should be living each day and moment like it is our last moment on earth because it just may simply be just that. This earthly dwelling place is the most mundane low life place to exist and is the reason why we are faced with incalculable atrocities that seemingly are happening everyday all around us. We as a human race should demonstrate love, respect, integrity, honor and most of all the fear of the most high Elohim. But in the last evil days we are doing just the opposite of what the KING has commanded for us to do. Time is out for playing around, lying , cheating, stealing , murdering, committing adultery and idolatry, fornication and all the things that negative spirits do. Unfortunately, when you die it is not the end of you, but it is the beginning of a life that you never experienced before and there are consequences for our actions in the next life. Now do you wanna play "Believe it or not"? Regardless, it is entirely up to you per say what you want to believe but I would rather not take a chance on something that has such great repercussions. There was once a time it was being overlooked our foolishness but now as you can very well see Elohim is not playing with us any more. The signs are too great and are being shown to us each and every day that we turn on our TVs and look at the news. Earthquakes, floods, Tsunamis' , wars rumors of wars but we continue to think that this man is playing a game. Who is to say that when you walk out of your front door for work tomorrow that you will return the same condition as when you left home? The way the world is operating now, you can't be for sure if you will wake up in the morning. Some of us sleep with the enemy everyday and some of us don't even realize that we ourselves are the enemy that has been plaguing us all of our life and not the next man. Since the next moment is not promised to us should be more aware of our thought processes and the way we carry on. You are not really getting away with anything and everything is exposed so you do not have any secrets "Believe it or not". Come clean with yourself first and quit perpetrating a fraud. Some of us should be arrested for for living a lie or a fraud. What is meant by this statement is if you or a family member that lives in your household receives Federal service or aide like welfare or even food stamps then that would sort of make buying a pair of JORDANS or $300 /$400 dollars worth of Brazilian hair seem rather foolish wouldn't you think? Better yet , if you live in section eight or your home is shotgun why do you continue to buy knock off GUCCI bags and fake Coach purses? Sorry no one is impressed stop doing that dumb #$@!. And for the man how you driving around in a challenger all decked and system playing all loud out but you borrowing your girlfriend foodstamp card to put food on your table at your mommas house. And if you working on the dock in shipping and receiving how you online talking about you balling out of control and if you were to get laid off tomorrow by next month you at risk of losing your apartment?
